On December 20th 2007 Mayor Hud"nut" and the loonie council voted the ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE ORDINANCE into effect. You can read the ordinance in full just below.

ON JUNE 20th, 2008 The La Grange Police department will be going around town to give YOU a summons.

Anything that has a motor in it or on it OR anything that you can ride in or on is a MOTOR VEHICLE.

Anything that can be put on or attached to or is relative to a motor vehicle is called a "Part Thereof" and it will be taken and YOU will be charged. Plows, Discs, camper shells, spare tires, 3 wheelers, riding mowers, mower decks, USE YOUR MOST vivid imagination of any item you have in YOUR YARD anywhere and if has been in the same spot on June 20th, 2008,, You will get a summons and your spare tire or car or truck will be taken from your property and you will be charged up to $1,000.00.

There is a rumor going around town. NOW mind you that this is a rumor.

The Drug Task force was in town and making arrests. Now this is just a rumor.

They found dopes in the police cars and city council meetings. So far, no arrests have been made.

Once again I have to give a compliment to Ed Ensor. He and the City Crew did an EXCELLENT job on the the trees West of the old Imperial gas station on Poage Street. Excellent.

For those of you who don't get the city news letter, you will need to know that this mayor like the last mayor still has high marks for getting the new sewer plant going. One of these days he will crow over getting it done. Not every city builds a new sewer plant 3 times larger than the present one that is running at 30% capacity.

Ken Scheutz, President of the La Grange Chamber of Commerce must have decided the children didn't need an Easter Egg hunt this year and forgot to tell every one.

I see that the MAYOR HUD"NUT" has decided that cyber-harassment includes anything placed in your home by any means. I hope that the Press News Journal watches what they print. "It is for YOUR protection only".

I see that the ball park Association is crying about money but voted against the mayor that would have made sure they got their money. Nothing like crying after you stomped your own foot..

I just love it. The Lions Club members work their ass off having fish frys to generate money to help other people and Mayor Hud"nut" has his COPS out arresting the donors. It doesn't get any better than this.

Mayor Hud"nut" sees nothing wrong in harassing the Casino customers and even the other Sunday morning at 6am having a COP waiting on the North end of town arresting people coming to church.

La Grange takes aim at e-bullying children but refuses to support the children

The City of La Grange grabbed headlines on TV and in the Quincy Herald Whig. The City Manager "Mark Campbell" stated that the city of La Grange was "FOR THE KIDS", of course that was after Mayor Hud"nut" and the loonie Council voted NOT to support the La Grange Community Youth center. They refused to even try to find a way to help the Youth Center and the KIDS. Many people have voiced their opinion that the Attorney Jeff Curl will try to construe this Gossip Page will scare the Mayor of one or more of the City Council.

In reviewing the ordinance myself, I do see where that the City Attorney will go after someone sending raunchy pictures or videos. Everyone needs to contact everyone in their contact list and send a message to them to have them reply that they will NOT be threatened and or will be willing to receive indecent emails to protect each other.

While people were coming to town from all over to attend the Fundraiser at the La Grange Community Youth Center for Frances Ensor, the La Grange Cops were using the people who came to care, for target Practice and stopping all the can. Mayor Hud"nut" wants more income for the city and will have the cops arrest all they can.

The people of La Grange had no idea the kind of person they elected as Mayor of La Grange. No one knew that they elected a Mayor that would be out to get them. And out to get the people he has done well.

I haven’t attended a council meeting for a year or so. I had been getting all my fodder from the city newsletter but, the mayor stopped the newsletter because I was using it against them, so I am back going to the council meetings.

After several weeks of the Mayor praising Ed Ensor for his GREAT job of taking care of the streets, here is what Baptist Preacher Jim Reynolds had to say.

The preacher is right. You can go around town and see very street that Ed Ensor paved last year or so and they are all crumbling. It is going to cost hundreds of thousand to fix the streets. The only street in town that is in great shape is the one where Frank and Barbara Wiley lived, on Bates Street from 3rd to 4^th. But, do you think Ed will be smart enough to use that street as a model and do the same thing with the streets this year and from now on?? I doubt it. Even Grant Kennady won’t do anything about the dirt in our water.

Next on the agenda was the guy from Klingner Engineering. Klinger’s is making hundreds of thousands of dollars milking the City of La Grange.

He started out by saying that the water tower was going to be repainted next year. OK.

Then he says the city needs to put in a shut off valve to the tower and a hydrant for drainage. Hmmmmm.

So I ask why after ten years, there is now an urgent need for a shut off valve and hydrant? Why didn’t you put it in when the tower was built??

Last month or so, in order to work during bad weather, the contractor built a wooden frame and put plastic on it. About the size of my greenhouse out back. The frame for my greenhouse cost $2500.00 and I am about to replace the plastic at a cost of $500.00, and this is the good stuff.

The guy from Klingner’s asked Mayor Hud”nut” and the loonie council for $9000.00, NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS to pay for the wooden frame and plastic and the contractor gets to keep ALL the 2 by 4.s

And the Council voted to GIVE the contractor the money. I asked the Klingner guy why he thought the City ought to pay for that for the contractor. Shouldn’t that be the contractor’s expense and he said “all I did was the Council, they could have said no”. Here, the CITY is paying him to represent the City and he is now representing the contractor. But, he was right, Mayor Hud”nut” could have said, “who are you representing? The City or the Contractor?” But, the people of La Grange elected a mayor who is totally clueless. And a dumb, dumb council.

The city passed a new Ordinance #518 something about cyber stalking. They read the title owner twice and passed it without reading it. I guess we will wait until it comes out in the paper next week. Maybe, if it comes out.

The next item was closing streets around Riverview cemetery as they found some graves in the streets. What is paved will be the same, public property.

But, to be fair for Mike Hudnut, he wanted to donate money to the Youth Center. He just let the City Clerk, Lannie, Mike Lowe, and Ronnie Powers lie to him. I tried to tell him that one: It was only a recommendation by the State that they do not donate, IT IS NOT A LAW that is strictly enforce and there is no penalty, just a reprimand. Next, the City could say they are paying to rent the center for let’s say the Appreciation days.

The City Clerk and Grant Kennady and Lannie Henze arugued that the meter and the city software were correct and that the Youth Center used 9900 gals of water.

Here are the figures. That comes to over 231 gallons per each 4 hours the center is open which comes to someone flushing the toilet every 30 seconds during the 4 hours. I check every day and there are no leaks. I can’t hear any water running. The city checked and says the meter was working right. That leaves a problem in bookkeeping.

An Ordinance about Abandon Mobile Homes

Already Screwball Mayor Mike Hud"nut" has started screwing over an old person here in town with His New Ordinance to screw over old people in town.

Mary Jane Raleigh was served with a summons tonight to appear in Court on March 27th about a mobile home her son was using to store his stuff. They had not used it as a place to live in for years.

She called and I read the Ordinance. The Ordinance has the reason why they call a mobile home abandoned. It says that a mobile home can't be abandoned for over 60 days

BUT, the Ordinance has no remedy. It doesn't have any difference between an abandoned mobile home or a mobile home for rent or one used for storage. It doesn't have anywhere a building inspector can determine if it is abandoned. A complete unenforceable Ordinance that will be used to screw over many old people in La Grange.

BUT MAYOR MIKE HUD"NUT" had a cop serve her a summons to appear in Court.

I can't believe that there a six Councilmen that voted for this insane unenforceable Ordinance. they are just as loonie as the Mayor.

It snowed yesterday evening and into the night. Guess what? Ed Ensor had trucks out last evening and when I got up early this morning, they had already bladed Webster Street to my lane. The were out early and had most of the town done before I got out. I have to take my hat off to this outstanding performance.

I was in Quincy when the snow started, and coming West on Broadway just before I got to 24th street, the light started changing. I put on my brakes and slowly slide right through the intersection. Luckily, there wasn't any body starting to move in any direction and all the could see was two old people waving their arms and screaming. Then we came on home in 4 wheel drive and slow.

Almost every city in the area, especially Canton and Quincy are working to revitalize their city and downtown areas. They are looking for ways to improve their riverfront for camping and tourists.

And then you look at La Grange, Mayor Hud”nut” and the loonie Council are spending thousands of dollars building a new sidewalk and putting up new antique lighting so tourist can walk down and admire the new sewer plant and old trailers and even the backside of the casino. Those voters have to be so proud of their new Mayor.

They are even spending THOUSANDS to engineer a new boat ramp to add to the two we already have. I will even bet they are planning to put it on private property.

They will not spend a DIME to help the local businesses or attempt to attract any other business.

The Public Works Foreman has a Mayor he can control and that allows him to spend mornings at the casino and later at NEMO Manufacturing drinking coffee. So much for having to work.

Rumor has it that just when the town starts getting along the Mayor hires a new COP the number 114 is a bad omen for the people of La Grange. It is a number that says the Cop will wreck havoc on anyone and everyone. On another note, it seems that since one rouge COP has found that the City Council won’t fire him lying, filing false police reports, and filing false criminal complaints, another officer has decided to use that tactic too. Rumor also has it a man in La Grange got to be able to test a TAZER.

Sooner or later the La Grange City Council and Mayor are going to have to wake up and take action regarding ILLEGAL ALIENS. National news is already reporting that the illegal aliens are finding out that they are less scrutinized in small cities and towns and are moving to places like La Grange.

So far mayor hud”nut” and the loonie Councilmen have buried their heads in the river. They have refused to pass any Ordinance regulating anything regarding an illegal alien moving into La Grange.

You would think that the COPS would jump at the chance to get the Council to pass an Ordinance making it against the law to rent to or hire an illegal alien.

They all belly laughed at my suggesting making any and all business done with the City or in La Grange be in ENGLISH ONLY. It is people like these that will cause future Mayors and Councils and people of La Grange a lot of problems.

He passes incomplete and unenforceable Ordinances. But, he takes care of the City employees. They can take time off at any time of the day to go to the Casino and eat and rest.

The city bought back the 19 acres West of town that they sold before after paying an enormous price for it.

Because the 118 people elected a Mayor for the City employees, there is direction with the City. No one to look forward for the City and the people. All the Mayor does is go to the Council meetings and sits there. He has not proposed one single thing to the Council regarding the future of the City.

So here are a couple of items he could bring up to the Council and the people of La Grange.

1: There is not an assisted living in Lewis County. The new Mayor can take this suggestion of using part of the 19 acres for such a place. It will provide a needed service and JOBS.

2: He could suggest that the City build a really large steel building on the site. This building could be built in such a way that a company could rent whatever size area he needed.

BUT, until the building is rented or sold, the City could advertise it as the largest indoor farmers market during the cold months and also for flea marketers. Drawing what? More people to La Grange.

But, as we all know, Mayor Hud”Nut” and the Loonie Council will not even let these cross their minds, let alone looking into them.

It was refreshing to go vote at the La Grange City Hall. People you have known all their life asks for your ID. So Stupid. But, as I said it was refreshing to see electronic voting. This time the vote tallies were done a couple of minutes after 7pm.

YET, it took over a half an hour to count the votes after the polls closed at 7pm. There is no reasonable explanation for 4 people to take over a half an hour to count 250 votes, even if they hadn’t already counted 90% of the votes before. I guess when you want the election to come out the way you want it, you need to recount and recount and recount the votes. Makes one wonder if any votes were changed??? Hmmmmm.

WE CAN GIVE THANKS TO LANNIE HENZE FOR FINDING IT, GETTING IT FIXED, and if you already paid you bill, you will get a credit next month.

The City crew got out very early this morning and for the first time in years, many years, got the streets plowed and cleaned exceptionally well. As I drove by City hall I saw Ed Ensor out by the road. I was going to stop and congratulate him for a job well done but, the angry look told me to keep on going.

As I went by the front of City hall and saw the guys cleaning the sidewalk, I wondered what happened to the snow blower. I distinctly remember Steve Griebaum making a fast trip to Home depot one SUNDAY morning with any authorization bought the most expensive snow blower they had. I wonder where it went to.

It looks like my idea of the President (Ken Scheutz) of the La Grange Betterment Committee donate the money needed to provide the Lewis County Ambulances with GPS units. I had tried to get Lannie Henze to get this done as he was on the board, but, the letter to the editor was the assurance.

It started snowing just before noon and at 1 oclock the streets are getting slick. I just found out by an email that Ed Ensor is going to wait a couple of days before cleaning and sanding, not salting as we can’t afford to buy salt says the Mayor. He wants to wait to make sure the sun doesn’t melt it first.

Mayor Hud"nut" and the loonie council is accepting bids for mowing. So to screw over anyone in La Grange hoping to be able to make any money, Mayor Hud"nut" makes the applicant get a quarter of a million dollar insurance policy to PROTECT THE CITY.

Also, anyone who doesn't have any employees, must bang his head trying to get workman's comp on non existing employees. Way to go, another screw the people of La Grange.

Well, the wildlife on the North end of town are leaving the area. We used to see deer and turkey and rabbits. But a daddy bought his weird kid a three wheeler and ride ride ride. I guess it isn’t much worse than the fireman’s dog barking 24 hours a day.

There was a fire at the Senior Housing early this morning but, no one seemed to be hurt and I hear the renter is staying in the apartment.

Yesterday morning I saw two police vehicles come out of the police station and follow each other up the hill.

I hear the street super was mad at the people who came to the Council meeting and complained about the streets not being clean.

So far, while driving around town this past week or so, the only city crew members I ever see are Eisenbeis and Tasco,

I took a ride around town today. Stopped at Grandma’s Cupboard to get a paper and saw Mayor Mike HUD”NUT” enjoying a drink doing nothing. I then drove all over town and found the whole city crew in the city shed “doing Nothing”. They knew they wanted for Mayor. Someone who would do nothing, see nothing, hear nothing. The city employees won the election, the people of La Grange lost.

I see that at the last Council meeting the Mayor and City Council are attempting to create a CYBER HARRASSMENT Ordinance. One can only assume that they will try to stop this, the Gossip Page so you won’t know what they are doing to you. Screw the people.

This nut case Mayor will not draw up any Ordinance about the City to have English only or one to be prepared to combat Illegal Immigrants. No, he is only interested in hurting the people of La Grange.

While other Cities are trying to get GPS navigation systems in their local Ambulances, Mayor Hud”nut” and the council don’t have a clue what is going on. There is never any mention at any council meeting on doing something to improve the business climate in La Grange. The only discussion is how to screw someone today.

Well the people of La Grange need to know that Mayor Hud”nut” will have all the streets in town cleaned by Monday. The temperatures will get above 50 degrees by then.

Yesterday morning, several city trucks were seen around town. Some had snow plows on with the blade up and some had sanders full but not sanding. Sidewalks downtown are so slick that they are treacherous. But the City still refuses to let Frances Ellison to clean the sidewalks. The City employees are proud of the Mayor they voted for. He will not tell them what to do and they won’t do it.

I love it. I laughed as I drove all over town. I think it is great for the stupid people who voted for Mayor Hud”nut”. And we need to thank all those below who didn’t even vote.

They are getting what they deserve. No streets cleaned in three snows. No sidewalks cleaned – ever.

I was happy to see those stuck on the hills, spinning their wheels. And more will come.

The big laughs will come when these people who voted for Mayor Hud”nut”, get their vehicles towed away and they get fined.

Last night about 2am, I was awakened by a gun shot somewhere south of me. I could hear the echoes.

Today, I was running the security tape back when I saw a light on the screen about half way back. When I run the tape, about 2am I see a vehicle drive in my drive. It sat there for a bit and then backed up to my neighbors drive and was turning around. I could see then that it was a truck and as it went down the hill, the street light showed the emergency light bar. I have to be the most protected person in town to have the police to come on my property to make sure that I am safe and sound.

We can all thank the Lord for a nice day to help clean the snow off the streets the city crew didn’t get clean and the sidewalks downtown the city won’t clean and won’t allow anyone else to c lean either.

Last week, we had a snow and as usual, Mayor Hud”nut” and Little Ed slept in as people struggled to get around town. So, in the City newsletter, Mayor Hud”nut” and City Administrator Mark Campbell praised Little Ed on a job well done. Everyone else thanked the Lord for the sunshine. This week, little Ed got the boys out at 7 for coffee at Caseys and then went around to clean streets. Our street got cleaned by the city crew around 10 am. A little better but not anything to brag on.

In the Canton paper this week, Mayor Hud”nut” had the clerk publish a couple of newly passed City Ordinances, called LAWS, to make more people criminals. Some time ago the City Council passed an Ordinance regulating the sewer plant.

The sewer plant Ordinance first penalty for a criminal act is that “no property owner can allow any human or “animal” excrement on their property. That Ordinance has made just about everyone in town a criminal.

The next Ordinance is the new “Abandon Mobile Home” Ordinance. Mayor Hud”nut” got everything in the Ordinance except what the penalty was going to be. All those voters have to be very proud of the nut and the city attorney. Such a joke.

The next Ordinance is the “Abandon motor vehicle” Ordinance. Every person who owns a riding mower, motorcycle, 3 wheeler, tractor, “well anything that has a motor or anything that can be a part of any motor vehicle, such as mower decks, snow plows, wheels, tires, headlights, etc.”, will be in violation of this Ordinance. If, it is parked or allowed to be placed on ANY street or alley or any public place for more than 48 hours. You will be FINED.

But, if the motor vehicle, such as any of the above or more, is on YOUR OWN property, you have 6 months to cover the item, such as any wheel or tire or mower deck or snow plow or any item that can be used on a motor vehicle,

The reason for this new LAW, is that these items can attract, mice or rats or snakes or other vermin. BUT, if you cover the item or vehicle, you will not attract any mice or rats or snakes or other vermin.

Another way to keep out mice or rats or snakes or other vermin is you can move the vehicle or part of a few feet every six months.

This new Ordinance or LAW that you have already been in violation of does have a $100.00 penalty.

It makes one wonder how the people of La Grange can elect a Mayor so dumb or six council people so dumb to let a dumb attorney dream up these descriptions. Think about Mayor Hud”nut”, Looney Lannie, I don’t Mike’ and the blond Elaine, who ? where? When?

But, 115 people voted for the man who is working against them and 547 people didn't care.

The Public Works Administrator got some of the streets cleaned. He is waiting for the sun to finish his work while he goes coffeing.

The Sidewalks downtown have not been cleaned and Mayor Hud”Nut” will not see to it that they are cleaned. Only one past Mayor saw to it that all sidewalks downtown were cleaned and kept clean.

Those 230 voters should be glad they got their Mayor Hud"nut" to take care of them. Today, Saturday Dec 15th, we had a good snow. At 6am Canton had almost al their streets clean and was going over them a second time. At 8am, Ed Ensor was enjoying a leisurely breakfast at the casino until 9am. At 10am, the City crew hadn't been around the old Imperial and 4th street ONE TIME yet. The people of La Grange are rejoicing about not a sidewalk down town was cleaned. Mayor Hud"nut" and looney Lannie want to save the money to add more COPs to protect the casino.

I see in the Quincy paper where some La Grange residents donated money to the needy in Quincy, I guess it is so they can get their name in the paper as "good" people. Yet, these same people won't donate a dime to help the kids in La Grange by donating to the La Grange Community Youth Center. Even local churches shun the Youth Center and donate NOTHING. Well, except the La Grange United Methodist Church.

The City works very hard to screw over the people of La Grange and some do all they can to screw over the kids. Many thanks to Mayor Hud"Nut" and screw loose Lannie.

How can SIX Council people be elected at the same time that all they

Lannie Henze proposed new Ordinance to make more people in town criminals if they happen to have a car or truck that is not licensed (on their property). These criminals will be hunted down and charged. Every one needs to thank LANNIE HENZE 655-4158

Ricky Davis (a City cop) was an aggressive one. Made a whole lot of traffic stops. BUT, what he did were lawful acts that were not illegal and HE GETS FIRED.

Larry Gibson, on the other hand, filed false police reports that is a violation of State law, filed false criminal complaints, a violation of another State Law, Used racial slurs, and harassed a Jewish person, and all he gets is a 90 day probation.

I guess we got another screwball Mayor. He has been listening to Councilman Henze. See what I mean.

And why fire Hazel McDermott? Oh, I know, rumor has it the Police Chief wanted her fired.

The city is in deep trouble now. Lannie Henze told some time ago that the city can't fire a cop because the city will lose its Charter. He said "they" have been after the City's charter for some time now.

Rumor has it Ed Ensor now is able to eat breakfast at the casino and take time to go gamble on your money.

City employee eats at Casino, then went to gamble, went home called 911 for indigestion,
he thought he was having a heart attack.

Thanks for continuing to bless me that I may be a blessing to others, keeping me strong that I may help the weak, keeping me uplifted that I may have words of encouragement for others. I pray for those who are lost and can't find their way. I pray for those who are misjudged and misunderstood. I pray for those who don't know You intimately. I pray for those who will delete this without sharing it with others. I pray for those who don't believe. I thank you for dealing with me until I believed.

I believe that You change people, and You change things for good reasons. I pray for all my Christian sisters and brothers, for each and every one of my family members and friends and their families. I pray for peace, love and joy in their homes-- that they are out of debt and all their needs are met.

I pray that every eye that reads this knows there is no problem, circumstance, or situation greater than You. Every battle is in Your hands for You to fight. I pray that these words be received into the hearts of every eye that sees them and every mouth that confesses them willingly..
