To the People of La Grange:

This is a letter I am sending to let people in La Grange and people that might be planning to visit La Grange. Beware of the La Grange Police. They are a bunch of idiots. Let's just start at the top of the list:

Delbert Murphy is a long time resident who, from what I gather, got voted in as City Marshall. I have always liked the Ice Man. And I think in my opinion, he does not even care how bad the Department has become.

Then you a chief, Chief Bad Ass Baker, who in my opinion does not have as many brain cells as a Good ole Missouri Jack Ass. He even acts like one. You know, I have heard that he has knocked up a Police lady who used to work under him (or maybe on top of him). So then he had to run her off to save his own Jack Ass-looking face. Then I have heard from different ones that he has been seen out on the country roads in City vehicles with other women or maybe men it was dark and the vision was limited. Boy, is that how a married Chief of Police is supposed to do their job.

Then you have all the other eight or nine Barney Fifes that work for Bad Ass Baker. Good Ole Shawn Ott. He does not even have the brains of a Jack Ass. He is like a robot that Bad Ass Baker has to program so he knows what to do, how to do it, and when to do it. Very scary. The blind leading the blind. Or dumb ass leading a dumb ass. Hey Dumb Ass you need to teach your dumber asses how to do their jobs. I have seen security guards that are more qualified to be police officers. Shawn, you would not even make a good zit on a real police officer's ass. Nor would you make a good zit on anyone's ass. But from the looks of things if someone squeezed that fat bald head, it would puss up just like a zit. You look like a big zit walking around.

Now then let's take a good like at this next Barney Fife that is even worse yet. Let's take a look at Officer Arp. He is really a piece of human sewage. So much as I heard he could not even raise his own child. Rumor has it that his child is in foster care because he was a child abuser. Let's look at this real close. There is one other piece of human sewage I need to address so everyone understands what is next.

Last summer around the 4th of July there were two men from Florida that were born and raised in little ole La Grange. They brought their daughters up to La Grange on a month long vacation to see where they grew up and see friends and family. To make a long story short they had rented a cabin at Wyaconda State Park. They also had rented two canoes to take their daughters out on the lake at the Park. The next day they go into La Grange to watch the 4th of July fireworks at the river front. One of the guys' daughters took off with a boy that has a rap sheet as long as main street in La Grange. So they rode around town until they found her and asked her to get into the car. She did that but was unhappy about that cause she wanted to stay out all night and run around La Grange. Her father said, "No, let's go." So they left. The girl was crying and was pissed off at her father for making her leave.

They arrive at the State Park. The combination for the gate to get in after hours was given to them wrong. So they were also given a phone number to call after hours. So they called the number and got a hold of Ranger Cyle Scott. He is a very disturbed man from what I have heard. There has been rumor that Scott and Arp are into little kids. Well that night pretty much put the icing on the cake.

Ranger Scott got to the gate. He saw the girl in the back seat crying. He then asked the three girls to get out of the car so he could ask them some questions. They let him know that the two men in the car where their fathers. But no he painted this picture . . . In his little pea brain that the two men were child molesters. So he then asked the driver of the car to take a road side sobriety test because he could smell alcohol. So the driver got out and performed the test and passed it. He then said he could get back in the car and he opened the gate and told them to proceed to their cabin. Keep in mind this is just a little after 12:00 midnight. At around 2:45 a.m. there was all this beating on the side of the cabin and it was very loud. Can you guess who it was? It was Ranger Dickhead Scott. Sorry Ass Arp who then worked for the Lewis County Sheriff's Department, and a Missouri Highway Patrolman. I am sorry I don't remember the trooper's name. So the three of them were beating on the side of the cabin and scared the shit out of all the occupants. They were all sleeping at this time. So one of the guys got up, opened the door to see these three guys at the door. Asshole Scott asked where the other guy was and the guy who answered the door said he is in bed. They then asked the two guys to get out of the cabin so they did. At that time Asshole Scott and Dickhead Arp went inside and started questioning the girls again.

The girl that was crying told them that her dad smacked her in the face. Well it was not that he smacked her. She was pissed off and tried to get out of the car and her dad reached back to keep her from exiting the car. Keep in mind this is a 15-year-old girl that is at that rebellious age. So after they were done questioning the girls. The two dickheads came out and started questioning the two guys. That piece of human sewage, who is unable to raise his own child, Dickhead Arp, had the balls to say to one of the guys, "What do you expect for us to think? We have two men between the age of 30 and 40 from Florida, in a rental car from Florida, with three minor girls, renting a cabin at the park." The guy spoke up and said, "I hope to God you think it is two fathers with their daughters on vacation." Dickhead Arp said, "That is not what we think at all." Goes to show you how Asshole Scott and Dickhead Arp think. Keep a close eye on your children if in La Grange or at the State Park.

So anyway, they hauled this one man to jail. They then took his two daughters and put them in foster care and would not let the father know where his two daughters were for five days. Hey Arp you dumb ass just because you lost your child to foster care does not give your dumb ass the right to try to make innocent and good parents lose their children to foster care. Just so everyone knows the guy had to get a lawyer and go to court over this. Long story short Lewis County was made to look like idiots. Ole Jake the jerk Decoster got his ass handed to him and it cost the taxpayers of Lewis County a lot of money. The charges were dropped because the picture that Asshole Arp and Dickhead Scott painted in their little pea brain minds and Jake the Jerk Decoster believed was so far from the truth there was no case.

This is just to let you people who live there know how the people who you elect or allow to represent your community are doing their jobs. If I had to rate them or grade them they would all fail. For you people who want to visit La Grange or Wyaconda State Park, be very careful, watch your children very closely.
